The All Progressives Congress (APC) has flagged off its campaign rally in Kaduna.
The Executive Governor of the state Mallam Nasir Elrufai is reportedly present, alongside other APC chieftains at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium for the Presidential Campaign in Kaduna State and the opening of the Kaduna Music and Arts Festival (KADAMFEST).
