Manchester United’s midfielder Ander Herrera might leave the club in January due to the “delay in offering him a new deal”.
Metro UK claims Herrera, despite wanting to stay will listen to offers in the winter, meanwhile his contract expires at the end of the season.
But Manchester United “have made little progress in talks since triggering a 12-month extension last November” and he has yet to be offered a new contract.
It is believed that “Herrera’s camp are understood to be frustrated by United’s refusal to offer fresh terms so far and believe their client will not be short of offers.”
However, it adds that Jose Mourinho “is keen on keeping Herrera, and values his versatility.”
