A 39-year-old man identified as Olakunle Agbaje has been arrested for stealing a 2-month-old baby at Odukoya street, Mowe, Ogun state.
Olakunle reportedly sneaked into the baby’s mother room, Marufu Taiwo while she was sleeping and took the baby from her side.
He was tiptoeing to leave the room with the child when the baby’s mother woke up and raised alarm .
The police was immediately notified and on receiving the information, the DPO Mowe division, SP Marvis Jayeola and his men visited the scene and arrested the culprit.
