Barrister Bolanle Raheem, who was allegedly shot dead by a police officer on Christmas Day in Lagos, has been buried today, January 17th.
The funeral service was held at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Olive Tree Parish, in Ikoyi Lagos state, today.
She was buried in the Ikoyi area of Lagos. A service of songs was held on Monday before her burial Tuesday.
However, the trial of the Assistant Superintendent of Police, Drambi Vandi, accused of killing her commenced at the Lagos State High Court, Tafawa Balewa Square annex, on Monday. Drambi Vandi pleaded not guilty to murder in court.
