TV personality and business mogul Kylie Jenner caused a lot of tongues to wag earlier this week at the coveted Met Gala. The American superstar wore an Off-White bridal dress and a baseball cap she wore backwards. Taking to social media, Jenner said the dress was a tribute to the late fashion designer Virgil Abloh who passed away last year.
“Virgil and I was supposed to go to the Met before it was postponed in 2020.To honor him means a lot to me. I’m humbled to wear this dress and honor my talented friend.” Jenner said.
Compared to what many thought was wedding bells ringing, Jenner has disclaimed such speculations and however does not deny she is in a serious relationship with rap musician Travis Scott. Scott was however not at the Met Gala and Kylie Jenner was with her sister Khloe who wore a gold Moschino dress.
In a recent post, Jenner was appreciating her partner Travis Scott on his birthday and wishing him well. Kylie Jenner is one of the most followed persons on social media and her rise to fame has been rapid ever since her screen debut with Kendall as a 12-year-old.
She sold half of her company for $600m and is one of the wealthiest persons in the world under the age of 25. Jenner has two children with Travis Scott and the couple sparked marriage rumors in March of this year. However the couple are happy with the way they are and will consider marriage subsequently.
