50 Cent slams Emmys over POWER series not getting any nomination

Rapper and actor 50 Cent isn’t happy that his series Power got left out of the recent Emmy nominations list.

Created and produced by Courtney A. Kemp in collaboration with 50 Cent, Power aired on Starz network in June 2014, and upon release, garnered positive reviews for its pacing, atmosphere, and acting.

It is one of Starz’s most highly-rated shows and one of cable’s most-watched series.

Just last week, the Emmy nominations were announced, and shows like Better Call Saul, Stranger Things, Killing Eve, The Mandalorian, and Ozarks were among those nominated for the category of Outstanding Drama Series, but Power got no mentions.

The above development didn’t go unnoticed by 50 Cent who went on Instagram to express his thoughts on the oversight.

Posting a picture of a man with his exposed bottom, the actor wrote:

ok here it is Emmy’s, My Black ass for your consideration to kiss????Fuck your organization I only care about NAACP awards.”
