Shortly after the death of his record label boss, Singer Barry Jhay arrested in Ghana.

His arrest is in connection to the death of Babatunde Oyerinde Abiodun aka Karshy, who until his untimely death, Cash Nation Entertainment boss.

Nigerian singer, Barry Jhay, has been arrested in Ghana, in connection to the death of his label boss, Karshy Gordon, PulseNG reports.

It was reported earlier that the boss of CashNation Entertainment committed suicide by jumping from a balcony in Ghana.

However, a source revealed that Barry Jhay and Karshy had a fight in Ghana over accounts and other label-related issues . When the argument got heated, Karshy punched Barry Jhay in the mouth.

It is also gathered that the police believe the incident might be connected to the death of Kashy.

According to information gathered, Karshy reportedly committed suicide in the early hours of Sunday, March 7, by jumping from his house balcony in Ghana.

Details of his death are still being investigated but according to Naija Loaded, Kachy has been battling depression for a long time. It was also revealed that prior to his alleged suicide, he has a brutal fight with his artiste, Barry Jhay.

However, his brother Teni has opened up on the ugly incident. He took to social media and wrote,

“My brother gave you his Benz worth 9 Million naira. He gave you his Hublot (Wristwatch) worth N150 million. you’re dead Barry Jhay, Y’all note this. He is putting on show and some blogger and idiots are still saying he committed suicide. My brother was killed.”

Recall the Cash Nation Entertainment boss was arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in June, 2020, for alleged involvement in cybercrime.
