English actor, Kit Harrington, is set to make his debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The handsome actor, who is reportedly in talks to star in an unknown MCU project, played the brooding Jon Snow in HBO’s acclaimed television series, Game Of Thrones. He was one of the few main characters who made it to the end.
This is good news for the star as Marvel is known for casting talented actors who meet up with certain criteria. No one can deny that Harrington is a good actor and taking on a project outside television (in the MCU for that matter) means that his career is going in the right direction.
Kit Harrington was born in Acton, Greater London and graduated from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2008.
He rose to prominence for his breakthrough role in Game of Thrones (2011-2019). He has acted in a few feature films including Pompeii (2014) and lent his voice to the character of Eret in the How To Train Your Dragon Franchise.
Harrington married his Game of Thrones co-star, Rose Leslie in 2012.
