A young woman identified as Farida Saminu was reportedly swept away by flood few days to her wedding on Sunday in Kaduna.
According to reports, the bride-to-be was on her way to meet the makeup artist that had been already booked for her wedding which would take place on November 1st 2019, when the tragedy occurred.
She had boarded a tricycle with four other passengers but as they were climbing a bridge , the flood swept the tricycle to the edge of the bridge and she fell into the river.
