Singer market is the largest market in the state where essential commodities like sugar, rice, millet, detergent, and other consumable products are sold.
It was gathered that a combined team of state and federal fire services are working to prevent the fire from spreading into nearby buildings.
Hundreds of traders and store owners are busy evaluating their goods close to the place of the incident.

The incident is coming barely days after a fire gutted another market, Badume market in the Bichi Local Government Area of the state.
