Nollywood Actress, Laide Bakare has fiercely addressed the news spreading round the internet about her source of income.
The actress has topped headlines and raised eyebrows since she bought her new house in March, and splashed millions on two luxury cars.
In wake of her self acclaimed Billion naira net worth and the news of her frolicking around, Laide has sternly warned her colleagues to desist from commenting on such nasty rumors.
This is coming after Laide slammed her colleague, Tonto Dikeh, and called her an Oloriburuku meaning a stupid or mad person for reacting to Gistlover’s post about how she made her money.
It all started on Monday, May 30, 2020, when Laide Bakare announced that she will be releasing a book to clarify how she became self-made through hard work and not sleeping around as rumored.
In retaliation, the popular Instagram blog, Gistlover vowed to spill dirty secrets about the actress’s source of wealth and the different men she is romantically involved with. The gossip platform also vowed to expose other female celebrities like Tonto Dikeh, Iyabo Ojo, and more.
The gossip platform wrote “For those women who are waiting for your oloriburuku (stupid) book wey you wan launch so you won’t mislead them….. Laide has one of the dirtiest stories in Nollywood, her story is so dirty that all these upcoming olosho dey learn work.
As it is now, you have implicated all your other colleagues ooo…some of these celebrities were the definition of oloshos back then, but because of social media today, they have changed a little..I will reopen everybody’s matter now. Is it that of Jaiye kuti or mercy Johnson, oshodi oke, Remi surutu, ini edo, Bukola Aruga, Clara chukura, Tonto Dike, Iyabo ojo, mercy Aigbe , Funke Akindele, Toyin Abraham,Sola Sobowale, the list is Endless oooo, but some of them have cooled down now, as they are aging and social media is everywhere. If I post all the dirts I have on them, some of you their fans will not appreciate them again..but not yet, because they are old gists…..but in Laide Bakare’s case, I will spill it all, let me get to work and be back”
Interestingly, Tonto Dikeh sarcastically commented under the post saying “Jesu’’ Why this person Dey make you remember me Nah!!! Abeg Oba small Girl… E no go better for these people wey make you remember me!! Chia see me see trouble”.
In anger, Laide Bakare responded to Tonto Dikeh post by calling her, an Oloribuku person.
With respect to that, Laide vowed to fight dirty with anyone who supports the blog.
“Thanks much dear @mayowabae pls NOTE: This is a public announcement. This is a clear warning to anyone from my industry who has gone publicly online to comment trash about me on those gossip blogs and others. If you ever see me anyway, please keep your distance or else, you go collect”. She wrote
