Nigerian music legend, Eedris Abdulkareem, is battling kidney failure.
This was confirmed by rapper, MI Abaga, via his verified Twitter handle.
According to MI, Eedris is set for emergency surgery and has a donor in the family.
He wrote: “I received the sad news yesterday that Nigerian music Icon @EedrisOriginal Eedris Abdul Kareem has been battling with Kidney failure and needs our help.
“I will share the information below in the following tweets.. please share and support as you can.

In other news, it has been posted on his official Instagram page asking for people’s prayer, it was said that he has been undergoing dialysis in a hospital in Lagos.
