Arrest Warrant Issued for Kodak Black over Bail Violation
Kodak Black is accused of violating his bail conditions after allegedly failing a drug test. The warrant allows authorities to take him into custody if found.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Florida law enforcement authorities have issued an arrest warrant for Kodak Black, alleging that he violated his bail conditions by failing a drug test earlier this month. The warrant was issued on Thursday, and filed in Broward County court the following day. If any sheriff’s deputies encounter him, they are authorized to take him into custody.
The judge who authorized the warrant cited two recent incidents as the reason for Kodak Black’s violation of bail conditions. Firstly, on February 3, the agency responsible for his random drug testing stated that he missed a screening and did not submit a sample. Secondly, on February 8, the same agency claimed that Kodak did provide a sample, but it tested positive for traces of fentanyl. The amount detected is currently unclear.
Based on these incidents, a judge has instructed authorities to arrest Kodak Black. If captured, there are additional orders to detain him without bond until his next hearing in the oxycodone case from last year. In July, Kodak Black was arrested for possession of a controlled substance without prescription and trafficking after police found over 31 oxycodone pills in his car during a traffic stop in Ft. Lauderdale. He was released on a $75,000 bail with restrictions, including a requirement to test negative for drugs.
Kodak Black has not yet been arrested or made a statement regarding the recent developments.
