Nollywood Yoruba actor, Kunle Afod and wife, Desola have ended their marriage.
Desola announced that she was divorcing Afod, her husband of 30 years, via her Instagram.
The post which she captioned, “Thank you”, reads; “The good news you wanna hear. I left Kunle Afod.”
The couple unfollowed each other on Instagram before the announcement.
It’s surprising that her announcement came shortly after she celebrated her father on his birthday just last night.
In the video Desola can be seen praying to God while driving, thanking him for all of the support and peace of mind that he has given her.
The caption of the photo reads: “Happy Birthday Daddy Omiayo, Desire, Imodola, Yiyenitemi. May God bless you on your birthday.”
