Entertainment industry thrives off beef, whether genuine beef or publicity stunt beef.
So when MTV decided to pitch WizKid and Linda Ikeji against each other in the upcoming award show one can’t help but wonder what their intentions were.
Wizkid is a Music Maestro who has left an indelible mark on the African continent and recently even beyond with his international collaborations and nominations.
Linda Ikeji is a renowned blogger and recently media mogul in the making who has garnered an enviable traffic and patronage in the blogosphere which has left her smiling to the bank but also created a lot of enemies especially among celebrities who find her news rather unfounded and unsolicited.
In recent times both personalities were in a headlock which took police intervention to prevent someone getting a beat down and the other getting sued to their pennies. A lot was said gruesomely with too much details which left both fans defending their idols.
In light of this one can’t help but wonder, Is MTV trying to capitalize on their beef?
What is the likely outcome if WizKids wins and vice versa?
