Empire Season 4 Episode 18 "The Empire Unpossess'd"

The finale of Empire Season 4 “The Empire Unpossess’d” aired on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 and it has brought us so much intrigue and suspense to look out for in the next season.

Lucious Lyon gave up his the company to turn himself in for the murder of Shine but Cookie won’t allow him. Eddie Baker is bent on selling Empire holding Lucious to ransom for his heinous crime.

Cookie took it from the back and offer $0 to buy Empire stating that the Lyons make up Empire and no justifiable reason for paying a dine. The board didn’t give a hoot about this and they are not going down with the Lyons. Lo and behold, Empire got sold off for $700 million.

Tory Ash got rushed to the hospital by Jamal Lyon after a drug overdose and she eventually gave up the ghost. This became too heavy for Jamal and he had to abandon the unknown band ambition to travel out of the city.

Andre Lyon was able to penetrate the new CEO of Empire, Anika Calhoun and he posed with the intention to resolve their discord. Andre got her poisoned with some drug that induces hallucination. This led to a final blow and it was the end of the road for Anika.

Two lives certainly lost in the season 4 finale of Empire. Also, the end was another tragic we couldn’t behold. Blake’s father showed up with a barrel and shot at his son several times. However, what we don’t know are the numbers of casualties as Hakeem and Tiana were right at close range during the shooting.
