Chelsea forward, Eden Hazard has spoken on his solo goal against Liverpool in Carabao’s Cup third round.
Hazard ranked the solo goal in his top three best as it fired Chelsea into the fourth round of the Carabao Cup competition.
The Belgian stole the show at Anfield yesterday as Maurizio Sarri’s side fought back from 1-0 down, with Hazard coming off the bench to secure a late turnaround.
Daniel Sturridge opened the scoring for Jurgen Klopp’s side but Emerson Pamieri scored a 79th-minute equalizer.
With the scores level, the Belgium international produced a moment of magic, nutmegging Roberto Firmino as he cut in from the right hand side before sending a scorching shot beyond Simon Mignolet.
And the 27-year-old was absolutely delighted with his latest stunning Chelsea goal.
“I have scored some goals like that! Not all the time,” Hazard told Chelsea TV.
“It is on the top of the list, top three. I remember around two years ago, the one against Arsenal at Stamford Bridge. That one was nice.
“This one also is one of the best, especially when you score against a big team and win the game. That’s the most important thing.
“I like to play in these kinds of stadiums. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the Chelsea fans also who were awesome.
“I want to be a big player, if I want to be a big player, then I need to score in big games. That’s what I did today.”
