American rapper, Cardi B, stirs controversy on Twitter after she called herself by her adopted Nigerian name, Chioma B as she announces her visit to Africa again.
Cardi is headlining the 10th anniversary of Castle Lite Unlocks concert in South Africa.
The rapper posted on Twitter requesting South Africans to teach her more about their country, while dragging Nigerians to the discourse.
“SOUTH AFRICA!! Chioma B is coming!!!! Teach me more bout your country in the comments,” she said.

There has been and there are still ongoing arguments on the micro-blogging platform as some South Africans are determined to get a new South African name for the rapper while some Nigerians never cease to remind South Africans that Cardi loves Nigeria more.
Recall that the rapper had visited Nigeria in 2019 for the Livespot concert and her anxiety to explore the country and its culture.
