Ogun State governor, Ibikunle Amosun, on Monday awarded a traffic warden, a street sweeper and three other civil servants each with 2 bedroom flat, for their dedication in their respective jobs. The Governor said he had been monitoring the street sweeper and the traffic officer for quite a while but didn’t know their names. Adding that the other three recipients were picked from the list of outstanding civil servants compiled in May for May Day.
The beneficiaries were Adekoya Folasade, Wole Dosunmu, Waheed Adesina, of the ministry of information and strategy and Sule Isiaka who works with the governor’s office.
The Governor announced the gift during the presentation of keys to successful applicants of AAK Degun MITROS Estate in Laderin Area of Abeokuta.
