Abdullahi Babalele, the son-in-law of former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, has been granted N20million Bail.
Justice Nicholas Oweibo of the Federal High Court in Lagos on Thursday, August 15, 2019, granted him the bail, with one surety in like sum.
The judge ruled that the surety must be a Lagos resident and must provide evidence through an affidavit.
Abdullahi Babalele had on Wednesday been arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for allegedly laundering the sum of $140,000 during the general elections.
