Since the announcement of ‘No Budget’ movie, it has been dubbed the Big Brother Naija All-Star movie given the number of Big Brother Naija participants that featured in the movie. The movie which was due for release in December but couldn’t for unavoidable issues has now gotten a new date and an official trailer to go with. The movie will now be in cinemas nationwide from Friday, February 15, 2018
No Budget tells the story of Lola Balogun, daughter of the wealthy Mr. and Mrs. Balogun, who has a dream of having a talk of the town, internet-breaking wedding ceremony. Unfortunately for Lola, Osagie, the man she plans on getting married to, do not consent with her idea of having such an elaborate wedding ceremony, banking on her father’s wealth, things start to go wrong when her father also says no to her request.
In the movie, you will find love, betrayal, cultural correctness, defiance and twist with stars such as Bam Bam, Teddy A, Kehinde Bankole, Anto Lecky, Bryan Okwara, Akin Lewis, Bolanle Ninalowo, Charles Inojie, Ayo Mogaji, Ahneeka and more.
The movie is a joint work from Vicolad Productions and O’Jay productions and has secured the sponsorship of FIRS for the premiere coming up in the next few days. ‘No Budget’ will open in cinemas nationwide come February 15th, 2018.
Responding to the Big Brother Naija all-star cast, one of the executive producer, Victor Olagbegi made it known that it was a mere coincidence that eventually turned out in the movie’s favour.
