A woman named Ashley Parham has filed a lawsuit against rapper and entrepreneur Sean “Diddy” Combs, accusing him of orchestrating a violent sexual assault in 2018. The allegations, detailed in a legal document obtained by TMZ, involve a brutal attack that Parham claims was a form of retaliation after she insulted Diddy during a FaceTime conversation, accusing him of being involved in the murder of Tupac Shakur.

Parham alleges that after the comment, Diddy threatened that she would “pay” for it. A month later, she claims to have been invited to a home in Orinda, California, by a friend of Diddy’s, where the assault allegedly took place. According to the lawsuit, Diddy arrived unexpectedly, threatened her with a knife, and then raped her using a TV remote, along with other men. She also accuses Diddy’s top consultant, Kristina Khorram, of involvement in the incident.

Following the attack, Parham claims she was left in the home while Diddy and others went outside to smoke. She attempted to escape but was confronted again by Diddy, who allegedly offered her money to remain silent. Parham also states that Diddy threatened her and her family if she reported the assault.

Despite reporting the incident to law enforcement agencies, Parham claims no investigation has been opened. This lawsuit is separate from other legal actions Diddy is currently facing, including over 120 sexual assault cases reportedly being filed by attorney Tony Buzbee.
