Sean “Diddy” Combs is making another attempt to secure his release on bond, three weeks after his arrest in connection with federal charges. Diddy’s legal team has filed an appeal against the latest ruling that denied him bond, arguing that he poses no flight risk, despite claims made by federal prosecutors.

In new court documents obtained by TMZ, Diddy’s lawyers emphasize that the $50 million bail package offered includes several restrictions designed to address concerns about witness tampering or escape. As part of the proposal, Diddy has agreed to remain under house arrest at his Miami mansion, with no female visitors except for family members.

The rapper and business mogul has also agreed to sell his private plane, refrain from contacting any known grand jury witnesses, and submit to weekly drug tests. This latest appeal marks the third time Diddy has sought release from jail while awaiting trial.

Diddy was arrested on September 16 at the Park Hyatt New York in Manhattan by federal agents and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and kidnapping. His arrest followed a six-month federal investigation, which included raids on his Miami and Los Angeles properties.

A father of seven, Diddy has denied all allegations against him, pleading not guilty to the criminal charges. His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, has maintained that Diddy is “an innocent man with nothing to hide.” Currently, Diddy is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as the legal battle over his release continues.
