It’s friendly game day! Nigeria and Serbia lock horns today in London. Bouncing on the 1-0 win against Poland the Super Eagles will be eyeing to win against the in form Serbia team. The starting XI for the Eagles have been revealed.
Nigeria coach, Gernot Rohr, has kept faith with midfielder, Joel Obi, goalkeeper Francis Uzoho and left-back, Bryan Idowu to start Tuesday’s friendly against Serbia.
Turkey-based midfielder and assistant captain of the team, Ogenyi Onazi, has also been called to the starting line-up.
He will be deployed in a three-man midfield alongside Joel Obi and Wilfred Ndidi.
Also expected to start in attack is Ahmed Musa in place of Odion Ighalo, there’s no start for Leon Balogh today due to late fitness he’ll be replaced by Awaziem. There’s also a rare start for Tyronne Ebuehi who replaces the injured Shehu Abdulahi at right back.
The German tactician also kept faith with Victor Moses and Alex Iwobi on the flanks for the game.
