A video has been circulating in the media of a catholic church in Cross River state that has refused to allow members without their Permanent Voters Card (PVC) entry.
An assistant parish priest was seen making the announcement as worshippers stood outside the church.
A man was also heard saying that this occurred during the 6 am mass.
