Electricity Tariff: Stop Complaining & Start Protesting – Nigerians To Atiku
Atiku Abubakar urged by Nigerians to take to the streets to protest the recent hike in electricity tariff

Nigerians on social media are fed with the online complaints of former vice president Atiku Abubakar and are urging him to take to the streets to protest over the irregularities in the country.

The call comes following the recent increase in electricity tariff as the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) stated that Nigerians would have to pay more to enjoy longer hours of power supply.

Reacting to the increment on Tuesday, September 2, 2020, Atiku shared a post on Twitter, voicing his rejection of the hike and calling it “ill-timed and ill-advised”.

Twitter users have now beckoned on him to protest and not just make online complaints like before.
