Ihebuzo Chris, an alleged hacker, has shown how vulnerable the security built around Access Bank network is.
According to reports, the hacker calls himself ‘Python’ on Twitter and recently extracted the data of over 2,000 customers.
In a video that has gone viral, Ihebuzo revealed the print out of the customer accounts, including their Bank Verification Number (BVN) and account details.
The hacker says he didn’t plan to steal money from the accounts; he just wanted to demonstrate how Access Bank computers are not impregnable.
Ihebuzo stated that he could debit customers’ accounts without their consent as a result of the information at his disposal, claiming that he went deep into the bank’s computers without their permission.
He also blamed the bank for their lax security and said he is not a staff but only a guy with a computer.
