DJ Cuppy has expressed excitement over the release of her album, Original Copy, calling it a dream come true.
The daughter of billionaire Femi Otedola shared some interesting details on the album in a chat with The Cable Lifestyle.
DJ Cuppy said that making the album took her back to her roots in Epe where she mingled with the locals for inspiration and also recorded animal sounds.
“If you listen carefully, you can hear this in each track. I recorded animal sounds in my family’s farm,” she disclosed.
Speaking further, the entertainer added:
“I am so proud that the album is now out. For me, it’s not about numbers and statistics and charts. It’s about the fact that I was able to focus and actually achieve my dream of having an album. So honestly, I’m already happy regardless of what happens. Nonetheless, I encourage everyone to join this journey and I hope they enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed making this album.”
