2023 Presidency: Tinubu Off To France For “Consultation”

The All Progressives Congress, APC, Presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, on Monday, traveled to France.

The APC national leader traveled out of the country early on Monday morning after meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa.

Tinubu’s trip to France is part of his ongoing consultative visits ahead of the 2023 presidential election.

His trip to France was disclosed by his Media Aide, Tunde Rahman via a brief statement.

Rahman said Tinubu would hold important meetings while in France.

According to the statement, the APC presidential candidate is expected back in the country in a few days.

“He is off to Paris, France to hold some important meetings. The APC standard-bearer is expected back in the country shortly”, the statement said.

Earlier before his departure, he attended the public presentation of a book titled ‘Mr. Speaker’ and launch of the legislative mentoring initiative in commemoration of the 60th birthday of Speaker of House Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila.

“On June 8, Asiwaju Tinubu emerged the Presidential candidate of APC for the February 25, 2023 election at the party’s presidential primaries/national convention held at the Eagle Square, Abuja.
